Doubt its a scam. Just someone who probably doesn't know what they have. Of course, if they are getting a lot of response, they may be figuring it out and we'll see it posted again next week at 3x the price (I've seen this happen a lot).

I do not think its a scam.. That in reality is probably about all they are worth in this end of the country .. especially for a project.. and one without a title.. (this is a title state and its more of a liability than an asset without it)
Actually the asking price is twice what I paid for my last two..

you should just convert yours to 2x4, make it a permanent roadster. than sell me all of your cool hickey stuff, wheels, hubcaps and your single wall top.

I've also thought about trading it for a 2wd or selling to buy a 2wd, but then I pull the truck out of the garage and just think "this is a great truck..."

I never did hear from the owner of the two Blazers... and now its deleted from Craigslist.. Oh well
