Wirewheel cup grinders is this a good method?
I started using a 3" wire wheel on the dash and it seems to be working, but should I just leave it and have it sandblasted? The wheel tends to skate and I am wondering if a) I am not doing the process correctly or b) is their another method?

Looks fine to me. I have been doing the same thing you just have to hang on real good and muscle it around.

Looks good to me too. Make sure you wear a respirator. If your gonna have the cab blasted, I'd let them do it to.

I like the wire wheels but wear proper protection (eyes, face, ears, and heavy jacket). Sandblasting will leave a better "etch" for primer to grab but you are saving labor bills in the future by doing some areas yourself.

If you are getting the whole cab blasted just let them do it, as said before it will give the primer a better bite but if not then your method is just fine
