Re: Can i get some help
Is that the VIN on the cab and is it the same as the frame? If I'm not mistaken the coach builders afixed their build tag somewhere inside the cab. I could be wrong though.....

Re: Can i get some help
I couldnt get anywhere with the vin sticky, the first link says it is :VIN 1C533S112253
Model Year (unknown code) United States Division (unknown code) Chassis (unknown code) Body Style (unknown code) Series 3800 GVWR Range (unknown code) Engine (unknown code) Assembly Plant London, Canada Sequential Number 3 ..... so that dosent get us anywhere... I tried to cross reference it to the canadian info, but that dosen't work either. since it is a 4 door, and not a 3 door it has to be a stageway, or a crown steel products. proctor-keefe, and automotive industries did the three door versions. there are a few websites dedicated to coach built vehicles, hearses, flower cars, airport limos, ect... maybe they might have a breakdown of the vin/or production.. |

Re: Can i get some help
I got the coach built info from a 66 crewcab feature in custom classic trucks october 2003...
so not sure completely on the validity of the info... there is a guy on the board here that has a 3 door 64 that is a stageway... does your 4th door have hinges, or is it welded shut? |

Re: Can i get some help
Dino yer rig is an Armbruster-Stageway of Fortsmith AK. Driver rear door is a skin with functioning window - same as mine. Rear bench is same as well. I still have the original seat cover with a few blems but no tears. Do you still have the cardboard headliner? My build tag was in the ashtray when I bought the beast....

Re: Can i get some help
I still have this tag on the lower right rear of the cab. Yours possibly came with it but when the big window was cut in, the tag most likely got trashed. This is a pic of a tag on the back of a 64 4x4.
