individual body lift pieces

Hey guys, I just picked up a '95 Chevy K2500. It has a 3'' body lift but I noticed its missing one of the lift blocks for the rear of the cab along with the bolt and the metal cup/washer. does anyone know if you can get individual pieces or do you have to buy the whole kit?

The metal cup washer is factory, you will have to hit up the bone yard for that, the bolt is metric, but you can find them at metric supply houses, the pucks I dont think they will sell seperate from the manufature, but hit up any local off road shops, they will have some laying around.... I ussaly do, but I just used all the extras I had on a project.

Thanks for the info, I'll be hittin up the local 4 wheel shop tomorrow to see if I can score one.
