New from Minnesota
Hi, my name is Tim, age 39, I've been working on a 75 GMC stepside 2wd on and off for 2 summers now. I had been lurking on this site for awhile now and finally decided to join. Anyway I used to work as a Honda mechanic but old Chevies are still my passion. I've owned several older Chevelles but sold the last one 6 yrs ago before my first kid was born.Eventually I missed the loud V8 rumble and found this stepside with low rust. In MN that means it only needs cab corners and rocker panels... I am converting it from a 350 -4 spd SM-465 to a mild 383 Th-350 setup. I look forward to getting it going, This looks like a great informative site with lots of good folks helping each other out on here, thats what I liked all along and why I finally joined.

Re: New from Minnesota
Thanks for all the welcome words everyone. If I can figure out how to post pics I'll put up a few. I've done a lot of work but it still needs a ton more...
