Header Help
so i converted my truck over to jei last week.. this week i just bought some headers.. and they are going on when i get them in the mail.. and right now i have full exhaust.. what would be the best way to put them on.. cut the existing pipe and put them on and weld the existing pipe back on? getting a new full exhaust is not an option since i just put new mufflers on...

Re: Header Help
I would cut off enough pipe to not have your exhaust pipe from where it went to the manifolds in the engine bay. Then you can loosen the exhaust, push the pipe to the side a little to get it out of the way, and install the headers. Once they are installed you can figure out how much you really need to cut off to be at the end of the headers
