Are all doors the same?
I was checking out reporduction door shells and noticed that the 72 is different from 67-71. Why is this. What is the difference? The only thing I ever noticed was the screw hole for the vent window frame. Is that it?

Re: Are all doors the same?
There is also a reinforcement screw at the top adjacent to the vent window that secures the outer to the inner frames. Thats pretty much it.

Re: Are all doors the same?
Far as I know, that is the only difference.
The hole is for a screw to reach to the outer panel to help support the weight of the mirror.

Re: Are all doors the same?
It really helps to keep the seals tight against the windows.

Re: Are all doors the same?
I wish I had 72 doors on my 71 for that reason alone....
