i have two motors 1 is a 283 the other is a 396 bb dont know which to use any ideas?either way i'm puttin a 4-speed in it. the cab and fenders are in rough shape.it has power steering from a 69' c-20 and tilt steering wheel from 68' caprice.i'm still gathering parts for the rebuilb i will get more pics tommorow.

thought yall might like to see my other project a 1957 chevy bel air 2-door post sedan it was a drag car in the 60's and 70's i have very little bodywork to do it the worst is replacing the firewall i have to new one i'm rebuilding a 402 big block to put in it unless i can find a 348 or 409 truck motor

65 looks about like mine when I inhereted it on uncollectable debt. like you -did floors both sides, both rockers in & out, r. A pillar repair, front fenders, pass door bottom in & out. need dr door yet, 3spd to floor 3 yrs.till dropped clutch at 90. rebuilt th400 & swapped. now i got speedo 6000 mi. since week before deer season last yr. alot of work but i drive it more than my 02 silverado hd 4 x4 with 8.1. i hope u enjoy yours as much as i do!
