Thanks Wynne. As you can see it does not have the spare cut out. The stuff on the flange in Wynne's pic is facotory sealer, under it is facotry black primer!

For those who are wonding, I bought this from Wynne last year. The intent was to replace the spare cutout fender on the bed we have for sale in another thread. A large pine tree put an end to that as the front end and cab got wacked real hard last fall. The bed was virtually untouched and the fender was still in dry storage. Probably the best OE (Non-NOS) stepside sheetmetal north of VA and east of MO IMO.
