72 GMC ignition
Considering an HEI for my 350. Any suggestions?? Will putting the HEI in give me noticable throttle response? Thank you for any feedback!!

Lots of positive responses when I asked about HEI on my 68 six cylinder. I actually did notice better throttle response. It probably would be more noticeable in a V8.

Re: 72 GMC ignition
If you get a used one, make sure you change the advance curve. You'd be amazed at how much power you can gain by changing the SLOW/LAZY advance setup that most factor HEIs come with!
