Bolt patterns

Is it possible for a 2wheel drive 83 c-10 not to have a 5 on 5 bolt pattern?

truck isn't copper is it...? supposedly there is a early 70's (73-74 ish) chevy van that has a 4.75 pattern rotor that fits a c10.....
