Re: Bought a new truck on Saturday
Well since I dont plan on ever selling it, I got it for $5500.00 as it sits. Here are the plans: new shocks with brackets, steering wheel, power discs in front(staying 6 lug), P/S swap, find a similar appearing original 2 barrel carb and a semi era specific blower(it has a carter 4 barrel on it now with an adaptor). Other than that under the hood is staying stock as it sits.
Its been lowered obviously in the rear at some point with springs but I am unsure how much, I am thinking 2". Its wierd the options that were put on the truck but no P/S.

Re: Bought a new truck on Saturday
nice ride, good score. $5500 seems like a good price for that.

Re: Bought a new truck on Saturday
$5500 is a steal for that truck!!!
Let me know if you have any questions in regards to the disc brake upgrade as I just did this on my '69. Check out my build thread in my signature for a step by step process of the install. I'll give you $5,600 for it... You definitely didn't go wrong with that one.
