Help with covering a dash?

I attempted to cover my dash pad with some cheap thin fabric from walmart, but it didn't turn out to well. Any ideas on getting it to stretch and form? I used 3M spray adhesive.

you try heatin it up yet? usually works at least it worked for me when we covered my sub box

Hmm... I'll have to go pick up a heat gun then. Good idea.

well.. use thin vinyl....
