Bad deal with plzsale09 Senior member

I sent payment 5 weeks ago for window regulators. I received many stories from this person but no window regulators. It was only 40 dollars, but I would not want someone else to get taken for more.

No I have not. I didn't know that was an option. He must have needed the money worse than me. I don't wish to make a big stink about this. Just wanted others to be wary.

Re: Bad deal with plzsale09 Senior member

I have been working with plzsale09 trying encourage him to make good on these deals. Due to unforseen circumstances he has had some difficulty in making this happen.

Re: Bad deal with plzsale09 Senior member

I have been hearing about a bunch of those unforseen circumstances for quite a while. He sells lots of parts here, almost seems that is all he does. He has not even replied to my last PM almost a week ago. As far as I am concerned he can keep my $10. I just want to warn other board members to be very wary of this member.

Re: Bad deal with plzsale09 Senior member

I too purchaed some parts from member plzsale09, and have yet to recieve them: http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=363308

I purchased some upper cab mouldings for $12 plus $4.95 shipping ($16.95 total). I know it's such a small amount, but I would have hoped he'd make everything right by now.

Now, I have purchased some $200 NOS bumper guards from him in the past and he got them out to me right away...so I'm not sure what is going on.

Re: Bad deal with plzsale09 Senior member

I bought "Custom/20" Emblems a few weeks ago, perhaps they floated away in the rain?

I paid Paypal... I'll give it a week then I'll report it through Paypal. I'll eventually get the money back.

PMd N2TRUX the pertinent info.

Re: Bad deal with plzsale09 Senior member

Honestly, due to lack of communication thus far on the sellers part.. I would suggest that anyone whom paid with paypal put in for a refund and then place a claim with paypal for fraud.

I am sure plzsale has had issues, and we wish he would be able to make good on his end. At this point he is demanding his subscription end etc, and that tells me he is waling away. I hope he proves me wrong, but ...

Re: Bad deal with plzsale09 Senior member

Nice! I knew he was full of it! He said he didn't want to use paypal after a while (I used it) because he said it was to hard to get his money out. He probably never intended to make good and paypal has a chance (slim) of recovering funds! I doubt there is a dime in his paypal acount to recover anything from! All he did was sell parts, he didn't get involved in any discussions just took advantage the forum members!

I have escalated the dispute to a claim, he did not reply to any of Paypal's or my e-mails.

I will let you know what the outcome is. Could be 30 days.

I opened a claim. Two days later I got a refund from him, and his apologies. Good luck to the rest of you. I don't know what could have gone wrong.

You must be one of the lucky ones. I always use a credit card so I will dispute the charges with them!
