ignition wireing harness 1966 chevy c10
I replaced ignition switch and I have lights but it will not fire up and it discharges on dash...Does the largest red go to the solenoid or to the ignition? Is this my problem?

On mine the large red one is connected to the one marked batt next to one marked ing.

On mine marked acc has brown wire/marked grd green wire/marked ing pink wire/marked bat large red wire.The one mark solinoid should be purple from what the wiring diagram book shows.Hope this helps.
