there a guy selling a 12 bolt 4.10 with a detroit type posi he asked me make an offer how much is a fair offer

when people ask for offers i always start real low and go up. he knows what he wants for it. should have just asked. offer him 100 bucks and see what he says.worse he can do is say no.

Well most at a salvage will set you back $350 ish, we rebuild them at work with gearset, bearings and locker and those will set you back a grand, just kinda depends really... he kinda leave you open to offer a really low price

I spent 1400ish on a 9" with a detriot locker and a 3:82 gear....

I spent $600.00 on a 12 bolt Eaton posi unit with 3.73 gears for my Son's truck. There turned out to be an issue, but the seller made it right and we all walked away friends.
