1958 Original colors?

Does anyone here know, or have pics of a 1958 interior colors? I am trying to make this truck close to original, but I have not been able to find stock interior pics. There are alot of nice trucks in the gallery, but all exterior pics. Thanks.

Do an online search for the old car manual project. Go to the site and start looking, there is a color chart there. I can see it on my google but have picked up a virus that sends me to other search engines instead of the site found in the search. That site has a ton of information, not always easy to find, but lots of it. I make a point to bookmark stuff there when I find it!

Working from memory I think in 58-59 there were only two or three paint schemes. One for lighter colored exterior, one for darker color interiors and one for Cameo's. My truck was originally the robin egg blue color exterior with a sand-gold interior on the doors and below the windows. The upper inside cab and dash face was a cream white. Dash top was a dark matt blue. Grey headliner with black rubber trim. Interior knobs were black. It was optioned with the deluxe heater and controls.

Do you know i fit is a custom or deluxe cab. Deluxe is the base option cab. Custom would be with chrome trim around the side windows.

Re: 1958 Original colors?

It is factory light blue and white exterior without chrome trim. The inside of the doors had been painted black as well as the top of the dash. the lower part of the dash is hard to tell but looks kinda sand/gold.

Re: 1958 Original colors?

They did come with a black top dash and door panels and a ivory bottom dash also a gold paint scheme . I can look in my data book for 58 a see what the deluxe combinations were.
