57 van

how much would this truck be worth i found a 1957 gmc van in a salvage yard the other day it looks like the good humor ice cream trucks the van is very solid no rust and has original straight six that i hand cranked while i was out there and the guy told me $500 for the van what do you guys think it is worth

Sounds like a deal! A van you say? Not a panel or suburban? Then it would have the front end like a 57 GMC pickup with a box looking van attached at the rear of the front seat right? Still for the parts alone it would be worth getting. My 2 cents worth. rico_bob

If it is an Ice cream truck, I would say GRAB IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Those things are really, REALLY RARE!!!!!!!!

decided not to get it, i just recently purchased 2 other vehicles and plus i dont have enough room for that thing, it is huge. i am already in enough trouble for buying the bug and 67 mustang with no motor.
