Interior colors opinions

I'm planning on redoing my interior before too long, and I really don't know what color combo I want yet. I'm going to wrap all the plastic in a leather feeling vinyl and have the billet inserts on the door panels and dash. I was thinking of either wrapping all the plastic in a light gray, painting all the metal on the bottom of the dash black, black carpet, and the main color on the seats black with gray inserts, and a black suede headliner and black suede inserts on the door panels. OR wrapping everything in black, still painting the metal black, black carpet, seats black with gray inserts, and a gray suede headliner and gray suede door panel inserts.

What do y'all think?

I really like the way your seat is. I am going to do mine the same but in a two tone blue.

Just got my dad's 84 GMC 3500 painted the same color. I cant tell from ur pic but do u have a bedliner?

I also restored the interior. I kept it Carmine red- maroon dash, maroon door panels, maroon cloth seat and black floor matt.
I thought about going black like Keith Seymore did to his red truck- It looks great- but I decided to stay stock. The red/black combo has a real nice offset look but i have/had 2 black interiors and I think there is a better choice of color for the summer sun.

Here's some pics:

Truck looks good!

Yeah here's my build log
http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=375526
not much of one since I didn't take any pictures before paint lol.
I'm going out to take some more pictures of it today, all lights, bumpers, etc are on now. Even put my Alpine 9887 and my 4 channel in so I have some tunes to ride to.

No bedliner yet, we just didn't spray the bed so it's the stock gray color. I'm thinking of doing a herculiner and spraying it myself since Line-X and RhinoLiner is so expensive.

I love the black and gray look. I always black everything out so it would be nice to see some more options that people have done.

Re: Interior colors opinions

So Gray as the main color is in. Now what all should be black? I was thinking carpet, headliner, door panel inserts, and the seats black with gray inserts, but now I'm not sure.

For sure the door panel inserts will be black. But that's the only thing I know for sure.

Here is a picture of my seat. It is black and grey. I did the door panels in black and the inserts in the same grey as the seat.

I had planned on doing something like that with my crew cab. All the "hard" parts like the door panels, dash pad, headliner trim, vinyl on the seats, etc. in charcoal then the soft parts like door inserts, carpet, headliner, fabric on the seats in blue.
The plan for the truck was two-tone blue and grey.

Anybody know where to order a seat like that?
I'm not looking for the same color, or even the same bench, but I just don't know where to start when looking for replacement seats.

I really want that style of bench, but with a flip-down center console that can either be an armrest, a storage bin/cup holder, or flip up and become a seat back. So far, I haven't seen this for sale anywhere.
