Question about a 60 apache custom cab
I bought a 60 Apache custom cab and it has a paint grille and bumper on it, is that correct or should they be chrome?

Re: Question about a 60 apache custom cab
Painted front bumpers and grilles were standard and chrome front bumpers and grilles were an option. There is Custom Cab, Custom Comfort and Custom Camper packages on the '60-'66 Chevy trucks.
Additionally, the Custom Appearance options, included bright metal windshield molding, cab trim plate, bright metal grille, steering wheel & horn ring, chrome-trimmed instrument panel knobs, two-tone trim on interior door panels, dispatch box door trim plate. The Custom Chrome options, included the chromed hub caps, chrome front bumper and an optional chromed rear bumper. The Side Trim Molding Equipment option, included long silver anodized aluminum side moldings on all fleetside pickups. The area between the double chromed moldings is Off-White or White with White exterior paint. This information is from the CHEVROLET Truck Sales Data Book.
