Steve Miller Band

ZZ4 is running after major maintenance. I grab the camera and an old song starts playing on the radio. I just had to take a video for fun. The cab noise is so quiet. The exhaust is awsome. Valvetrain noise was considerable until adjustments were made.

Re: Steve Miller Band

I spent my High School years out in Heath, TX going to Rockwall schools. I worked at Rush Creek Yacht club...just a stones throw from Steve Miller's parents house on the waters edge of lake Ray Hubbard. His dad used to give away concert tickets when Steve's band came to town, at the yacht club and I think he gave some away at Cullins grocery too. I remember one year Steve bought them a new Cadillac. Steve's brother Jim Miller used to come by for a burger pretty often.

Wheels are EMR-85(?). They don't make them anymore. I like the clear coat on them. They are easy to keep clean. I'm replacing later with 17"s. I'll put them up for grabs later.

Cool stories on Steve Miller band. It's amazing who you know while growing up. The band was really popular during my highschool days. My newphew loves the song. He'll get a kick out of the video.

Re: Steve Miller Band

My wife went to HS with the keyboard player (Joe Wooten). Joe played piano at our wedding 20 years ago.
