Stock exhaust tailpipe on 87' V10 question

Hi, the P.O. of my truck installed a dual exhaust that I am wanting to replace and go back to a stock configuration. My truck is a 1987 V10 4X4. I have noticed that the exhaust tailpipes sold for these trucks are offered in a dual outlet, or a single outlet. Can someone tell me what my truck what have come stock with? The dual tailpipe exiting out the side, or a single tailpipe exiting out the side? I have seen both in pictures and like to keep things totally stock, so I am unsure. Thanks!

I would imagine either could be stock. If your taking a poll...My '87 4x4 3/4 ton camper special with 350 and auto has dual out the side behind the wheel.
