Im new to this section of the site...
I just traded my 65 c10 for this truck and i think i came on top!
Its a 72 Chevy C10 Longbed 350 Auto power steering no ac truck
Has a newer 01 jasper motor in it that just purrrrrs

Down the street from my house lol im like 20 blocks away he called me and i was sold once i seen it and looked under it all mounts are great supports are great just needs rockers and one cab corner sweet deal man i love it!!!

ya on the driver door its bad im taking it off but its not even the stock door so it will be gone soon!

Heres a lil update put my old springs in it for now will get drop springs and spindles later also scored a newer steering wheel and a 03 suburban middle row seat that will go in soon...
Also did a bad @$$ exhaust in my drive way sounds SICK!!!

Not yet picking it up from a buddy this week grey cloth 60/40 with fold down drink holder/arm rest 40 bucks

Then my nice stock seat will be for sale for 40 bucks wich should sell fast I think...
Ill post up pics this week or weekend of the 03 seat installed cant wait!!!

Ya i love the way they came out!
Sorry the truck is still dirty i cleaned all the rust spots up on the driver side bed and fenders and hood but the right side is still nasty & cab but it cleans up real good.

fayettecopa: I got the seat in there sits a lil high but low enough to go ahead and install gonna get bolts in the am and install and post pics.
Very nice seats to modern up these trucks also seems the stereo hole is already cut out so im gonna put a nice used updated stereo in it too...

Looking forward to seeing the seat. My 13 year old son just got a truck over the weekend - 68 GMC 3/4 ton longbed with a big block (not sure if it's 402 or 454 yet). Pretty sure it's going to be a complete teardown. Should be a learning experience for both of us

Got the bolts in there but after driving it around seat is WAY to high gonna have to use stock brackets or something....?

Nice Truck,
Have you thought about what color you want it? Looks like a great project. I am going to be in the KS area in May due to my Daughter having our 4th Grandchild. My Son in Law is stationed at Whiteman AFB. Is the bed in yours a steel bed or a Wood Bed? I just went to TX to pick up a Short wide bed for my 67 Short Wide and I am going to replace the Front Gate on it. I hope there is an easy way to put that thing in short of taking the whole bed apart. Good luck with your project.

great looking truck! and welome to another KC member! I have heard those seats can be a little bit high, might want to look for a tilt wheel from a van and convert it...

I've been looking for one for awhile, to replace my bench seat, just got to get it running again first!

So many board members near KC maybe we should schedule a mini-meet and greet...???
