nice stance on a 68 fleet
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1968-...05ee36a9#v4-38
i like the stance on this one but i'd drop the front a little more....i like the rake with 15" wheels and tall and fat tires. i'm thinking of something similar for my 71 step (stance-wise) but using 15x10 vette rallys with 33x12.50 tires with 'street style tread' on the back and 31x10.50's on front with the same tread. i already have all the tires and wheels but i have to do some tire swapping. it has 2" dropped spindles on the front and unknown coils on the back with a coil cut off. it already sits pretty good with the 15 x 10's with the 31's on all 4's but i wanna rake it some. i'll add some pics when i get the tires swapped around. |

Sweet hiding place for the gas filler. Somebody did a good job on that truck.

Re: nice stance on a 68 fleet
About the only thing that could make it better would be the factory lower trim with the color of the roof below it......

Re: nice stance on a 68 fleet
Why would they put the trans cooler under the cab like that? Never saw that before.

Can't really say it's to make it look like a sleeper, because that's killed by the stance, haha, but they probably did it to keep everything looking clean simple.

Same thing that I thought when I looked at it, that is the only thing I would change.
