Nor-cal devsrevs

Hey everyone, just got my registration done, can't wait to pick your brains about different build techniques. I've owned my 67 C10 SWB fleetside with small back window since I was 14 and after 32 years I'm doing a ground up on her. I'll be posting pics soon along with my bio. I'm doing a 4.5 front drop 5.5 rear with CPP big brakes on all 4 corners and a 383 CID with a 700R4 going to my stock 12 bolt, rebuilt of coarse! Smoothing the door handles and key locks as well as removing drip rails and filling the bed rail holes and gas tank hole(relocating tank) Gonna shoot it with powder coating on the frame and rear end and House of Kolor Oriental Blue for the body paint. Haven't nailed down the interior yet, it's too far out to worry about it yet. Anyone bought a crate motor from Blue Print motors? I'm looking at their 383 with the aluminum heads. Just wondering if they're reputable.

Welcome!! This is a great site. Lots of great idears and info here. I personally have no experience with the Blueprint line. I do know there are others on here running them though.

Re: Nor-cal devsrevs

ya for all intensive purposes they seem like a good company but I'm always weary of buying something I can't see all the parts they use. First hand experience with a business from others usually tells the true story you know what I mean
