the deck was originally build for a 64 1 ton and later put on a 71

i cant belive there is only 2 on this site i guess i like them and want one, if it ever dries out im gonna cut my 61 in to a dually flat bed... awesome swap meet truck does anyone else have any pics thanks jonzcustomshop and Captainfab for the pics and info

You kinda posted in the wrong area. jonzcustomshop suggested moving this into the main 60-66 area instead of Projects and Builds. Let's see if you get more action here.

I have a factory 1966 C30 flat bed, but these are the only pics I can give you right now. I have no internet at the house until they replace a bad cable, and I do not have any pictures on my work computer.

Thanks for loading up the larger pics. Honestly I don't know the wheelbase off hand. I think it is right around 133' but I will measure tonight and get back to you (I should know this by now anyways). I got the 292 running and fixed the brake lines and have been driving it around doing odd jobs with it. My father in law and I are going to address the body work this winter.

If you can find one or copy one I prefer the OLD style metal rimmed beds with the ribbed rounded corners.

this is awesome, im dead set on the 61 flatbed idea with my truck rwolf9653 your flatbed is the same bed that i have sitting screaming for my 61 frame. im building it... the pic with the fleetside bed in it sold me on it
