'78 Custom, Mystery wires - where do these go?

I'm just getting the last things done on this job, and I've got a couple of mystery wires... I'm troubleshooting the dash wiring, since there's a lot of corrosion to clean up, and I noticed 3 wires tucked under the carpet that have no where to go.


the black with white stripe comes out from under the carpet, and is about 4 ft. long. does this go to the engine? it has a piece of the cloth loom at the end, and a connector.

the orange and white together are lopped off, so I have no clue where they go.





please help!

The black wire goes to the drivers side seatbelt retractor. the orange and white wire goto the dome light in the roof.
