Where to find electrical connectors??

I need the 'plug' for the end of the temp sending unit wire (the part that connects @ the head). Mine is extremely brittle & won't stay connected. My local auto parts places don't have anything....

Where can I find these 'odd' type of GM connectors new?

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

Scot have you tried M & H Electrical Fabricators?
They make nice stuff.

Sometimes they come with a new sender, too. It seems like it should be a regular spade connector inside, though. If teh spade doesn't fit, you can get a lot of pigtails at the dealer, too. Napa may also have them.

Re: Where to find electrical connectors??

I looked a little more for some pics & found this place (www.lectriclimited.com). Maybe someone else needs something from them too. This is the specific style connector that fits the OE sending unit terminal. $12 for a 'sending-unit' repair kit....

Re: Where to find electrical connectors??

The pigtail is discontinued from GM, but my parts manager said he thought he might have one. If he comes up with it, I will let you know.
