WIW 72 one ton 4 X 4 Napco

I have a 72 Chevy one ton with the Napco conversion that needs some work. It's an auto with an electric 10 ft flat dump bed. I bought it without a motor/trans, and needing rocker panels and other body work 4 years ago. It appears to have been used as a farm truck. I really wanted to restore this, my grandfather had one years ago, but with a new baby and still having half of my house to remodel I can't see getting to this project for quite some time. I have a 350 block and a TH350 that can go with it. I paid $1200 for it 4 years ago, but I'm not sure that was a very good price and not sure if I could get that out of it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can email photos, just not sure how to upload them here.
