Monster Auto Parts

Has anyone every heard or used these guys? They seemed to be reasonably priced, at least for the mirrors I'm looking for. About $30 cheaper than LMC or any other dealer I've seen. My usual experience is that it's worth it to pay more because of the service you have to put up with. I'm just looking for some opinions if anyone has used them before.

Thanks

Not much in the way of results on a search for them. Their BBB rating is an A, for what that's worth. I'd be curious to hear about them too.

Re: Monster Auto Parts

I think I'm going to call them today when I get off of work and just talk to them and see if I can get a feel for how they operate. The prices are good though, $35 for a power side view mirror on a '98 GMC K1500. LMC has the same mirror for $70.

Re: Monster Auto Parts

Well just wanted to give everyone an update. I called yesterday and they told me my order had shipped last friday, but i was in my car and couldn't get the tracking number. I also had not received an email saying that it had been shipped. I called again today while at the office to get the tracking number and I get the number and an email right after the call saying the package had been shipped four days after I had been told it was shipped. The tracking information says it was shipped last night at 7 o' clock about 2 hours after i called. I'll wait and see if the parts are the right ones when they get here.

Re: Monster Auto Parts

Well, I've received all my parts after the second time i called them. Everything was right andno issues with the parts. I even decided to go ahead and order the passanger side mirror to match the new look, and recieved that package without any issues.
