1 ton dually rear end swap to 3/4 ton truck
I was wondering if it would be possible without reinventing the wheel, to install a 1 ton dually rear axle to a '72 3/4 ton truck. The rear axle would be coming out of a '85 1 ton GMC flatbed.
I think it would look cool to have a 67-72 dually. I don't think the fiberglass fenders would be that hard to install. I know that the motorhome came equipted with dual rear axle. I'm assuming that the motorhome got a different chassis from the 1/2 ton and 3/4 ton trucks. Any info would be appriciated
