Rebuilt GM 350

Fresh rebuilt 350
2 bolt main
Quadrajet Carb ( the carb shop)
HEI Dizzy
New GM starter
I have two different flywheels for this 350-1 for a turbo 350 and 1 for a 700R4.

I bought this motor from GM. I may have put ONLY 400-500 miles on this motor. Also, I took this motor out for a LS 5.3.

This motor is a ready to run (turn key) motor.

$2,400

Video of the motor running before it was pulled out.

Specs on the motor:
Block: Cast iron, 2-bolt main, 1-piece rear main seal
Connecting Rods: Powdered Metal Connecting Rods
Pistons: Dished Hypereutectic
Compression Ratio: 9.4:1
Oil Pump: High-Volume Oil Pump
Timing Chain: Morse link-type
Camshaft: Flat Tappet Hydraulic (Lift .382" Int/.402" Exh; Duration @ .050" 165.9° Int/174.8° Exh; Lobe Separation Angle 111.9°)
Cylinder Heads: 65.3cc chambers, 1.94"/1.50" valves, swirl port intake design (heads are not performance-oriented; intended for good bottom end torque and fuel economy; intake runner is restrictive because it has a ramp cast into the bottom of the bowl to promote high swirl)

Re: Rebuilt GM 350

I hear ya, but...This is a brand new motor with 400ish( mi truly believe that this motor has less than 400 miles on it) miles on it. There is no way you could find a complete, brand new Chevy 350 for this price. Just so you know, I'm taking a steep hit in the wallet by selling it for $2400. Hell, the long block cost about $2300 ish, than I am throwing in the factory accessories( with A/C pump & power steering), HEI distributor, rebuild Q-Jet from the carb shop, and this motor still may have the factory warranty from GM... I think it is a pretty good deal.

Trust me, I know. I do this for a living and have bought and installed more GM engines in peoples trucks than I can remember. I was not saying your price was out of line of that your engine was not worth it either. I was only saying if you were in a hurry to unload it to recoup cash for your LS swap that you MAY have to come off a little. I'm sure if you hold out for a while, someone will gladly pay what you want just because of how complete it is and how easy it will make someones project. Hope you didnt take what I was saying the wrong way. Good luck on your sale.
