my friend up the road is selling his truck and i just need a idea if it is worth it.
1964 C20 lwb step side
327 engine
4 speed manual
runs strong
drives good
interior is perfect
clutch feels good
no smoke or any noises very little play in the steering
faded green with black rims and very rusty hubcaps
********************the bad*****************
has split rims
rusted out exhaust
the front wheels are locked up
it has some rust on the rockers but every else is solid
no other problem other than needing a tune up
he is wanting 800$.

just give me idea? he told me it needs the hydraulic brake hoses replaced on the front to fix the brakes.

I guess for me the most important thing is body rust.
Mechanically, I wouldn't mind working on it. But if the windows are bad, and there's lot's of body rust, I wouldn't even consider it. - that's just me.
Someone else may say otherwise.

all the glass is good and so is the rubber seals on the windows everything operates as it should cab mounts and supports look great.

What do you want to do to the truck? Stock, modify or Kustomize it.
