Can I use the camaro subframe on my 57 1 ton frame??

Do not see why it would not work. The width is the same as the 1/2 tons I would venture.

I'd have to look in the assembly manual, but I think the 1 ton frames are deeper than the 1/2 ton. I do know they have thicker steel.

even if its deeper or thicker steel, you could still adapt to the differences and graft it on in the same fashion. I just did a 3/4 ton. Im not sure where they lie between the 1/2 tons and the 1 tons. It went very smoothly. no issues.

Thanks nikwho, that is a great build thread you got going. Pictures are worth a thousand words. What is the height of your 3/4 frame rail top to bottom?
