My truck is in need of some new shoes and I cannot decide on which type to get either black wall or rasied white letter. What do you think? I've am considering Goodyear's Wrangler Silent Armor or Michelin's LTX. What is on your truck? Please suggest.

Re: New Tires: black wall or raised white letter?
I normally paint the letters flat black and put them in, But on your white truck, IMO they would look good out.

I'm not much of a white letter fan, but this looks B/A.

Re: New Tires: black wall or raised white letter?
I would scream BLACKWALL!!!!
(but the whites on the silver truck with black ralleys actually looks pretty bueno!) So my vote must be decidedly undecided. Put white out on one side and black in on the other and drive it awhile decide which suits you best. (i did this with my ralleys for a while. red on one side, silver on the other!) |

Re: New Tires: black wall or raised white letter?
Actually, I prefer Mississippi whitewalls, but what do I know. I'm not crazy about using my truck for free advertising, but the raised white letters will probably add a bit of pop to your square.

Re: New Tires: black wall or raised white letter?
I have goodyear wranglers with the white letters out. I have the same wheels and hubcaps as you. I think they look good and fit in with the period of the truck.

Re: New Tires: black wall or raised white letter?
For me, white letters out go on muscle car/trucks, black out go on everything else.
