Re: 60-66 sticker

I asked the same question on post #202 of the attached “ask the staff” thread:

http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...=402568&page=9

A few members commented, but apparently it didn’t generate any enthusiasm with the staff. If a 60-66 decal existed my truck would be wearing one.

Re: 60-66 sticker

Maybe we could have a contest where people present their ideas for a sticker design and we could vote for our favorite...

who reads that forum. I bet 90% of the 60-66 crowd dose not even go there. I know I don't.

Re: 60-66 sticker

I think it would be a good idea, but it might confuse some people that it is a depiction of a 60-66 truck but it has 67-72 written on it to reflect the website. Just one of those quick glance things that would make me look twice. Then again, maybe that would help draw more attention to it....

I think this was tee shirt art (yeah I stole it). Always like'd it, and I apologize to who ever drew it originally... Kinda simple, but so am I.

Re: 60-66 sticker

Mine would also.... But, I'm not getting into a copyright battle. Unless someone knows who drew this, and gets permission from them. I'm not messing with it! (well, anymore than i have...)

I can't remember what the guys name is but I talked to him on the phone before. He turns a photo into these designs. I have two of his 50 Merc shirts. Can't figure out why his shirt gallery doesn't work. He had a pretty good collection going.

Then just take the 67-72 logo out. I added some effect to the pic but its not necessary.

if you reversed this to black on white, and die cut all the pieces, it would look pretty rad on a back window just as it is.
