Where have you guys bought polyurethane radiator support bushings for the 60-66 chevy trucks? Do they even exist?

Re: polyurethane radiator bushings, where to buy?
I've never seen those in a polyurethane. The rubber ones would be better anyway.

Re: polyurethane radiator bushings, where to buy?
i couldnt find them any where and i assumed they were the best to get. Why does every one want the poly bushings if they are so noisy?

Re: polyurethane radiator bushings, where to buy?
IMHO it's because 20 years ago when they came along, anything that spelled "high performance" was a must have upgrade. Hot rod guys tend to want what racers are using, and most of the enthusiasm came from magazine ads promoting their superior performance. Later internet forums came along and people started discussing the misery of owning them. It's taken a long time for the casual observer to catch up on the revised perpective and rethink the benefits. I'm certainly glad I never upgraded to anything "poly". I hate squeaks in a car or truck.
