Control arm help

I have a '97 GMC Suburban. Here is what I have replaced with all new parts.

Inner Tie Rods
Outter Tie Rods
Pitman Arm
Idler Arm
Center Link Bar
Upper Control Arms
Lower Control Arms
Sway Bar Bushings

After installing all of these parts I had it aligned. Now this was done less than 2000 miles ago. Here is where I am lost as to what the issue is. It has been getting worse and tracking all over the place. I got under it yesterday to find that the lower control arms have put a groove on the back side of the rotors and backing plates to the brakes. They dont seem to touch with the front end in the air but turning the wheels on the ground and laying underneath you can see them touching?? Should I just grind the a-arms back a bit?? It also seems like the Upper ball joint on the passenger side has play. These parts are all new!! I 'm not sure what to do next. I still have the original control arms and now I'm thinking about rebuilding them and putting them back on. Uggh...Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks!

I take it, The ball joints are all new. What kind are they?
(quality part make a difference)
Jack the front end up, And check for play in the wheel bearing.
(tighten the wheel nut up until the wheel doesn't turn freely anymore,
Then loosen 1/4 turn)
