Do I have upper strong arms installed correctly???
Can you tell me if I have the upper strong arms installed correctly( meaning left and right) Here is a pic of drivers side..... Does the flat side of arm go towards the rear like I have it or is it the opposite???

No.
If you are going to leave the balljoints installed like that,... the arms need to be swapped to opposite sides of the truck. The shortest tube (of the a-arm) goes toward the front of the truck.

Also,... if you just removed the a-arm, pulled the ball joint out, and flipped it over (and reinstalled the ball joint),...
they would be on the correct sides of the truck.

okay, what will this due if I leave it like that??? Does it change the position where the wheel is in the wheel well???

It messes with the caster.
