Best quality compressor for the $$

I recently bought a blasting cabinet and my compressor can keep up for relatively small blasting jobs. However doing a long drawn out continuous project has the compressor gasping for air & heating up.

I'm looking for a relatively cheap air compressor that is of decent quality, that can crank out about 10CFM @ 90PSI.

Anyone know of anything good? I'm looking for good deals

I am not sure if this qualifies as low price or not...

This does meet your CFM requirements though. I plan on picking up this one in the next week, not sure if this is over your budget.

Under $500 would be great, I know that doesn't leave much room. But hey, I'm not running a body shop in my garage.
