NP205 Yoke question
I have a line on a SM465 / NP205 combo out of a 1976 GMC 3/4 ton 4x4. I want to use it in an earlier 1/2 ton setup. My question is in 1976 did the 3/4 ton have a larger yoke size than the 1/2 ton or were they the same? This particular truck was a 350 small block if it makes any difference. Thanks for any help. Jeff.

Re: NP205 Yoke question
Are you asking if you can use the same driveshaft? Because I know there is a u-joint available that has two large and two small sides to allow that. I put a 3/4 rearend under a half ton and never changed the driveshaft, just used one of those u-joints in the rear.
