Off topic snow!!!!!
Well 5 inches on the ground and still coming down heavy. Calling for it to turn to ice later in the day. I have a decision to make now. Work on the truck or get the go-cart(dune buggy style) out and drag my son and nephew around in it. Not a hard decision I guess cause I'm just a big kid!!!! Let's just hope we keep power.

Re: Off topic snow!!!!!
That looks like a great rig to have around, someday I hope to have a 4X4 but until then I have to depend on the old farm tractors.

Re: Off topic snow!!!!!
The only snow we have had this year so far here in the flatlands of Missouri was Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Our 42 year old son from California was here visiting and was really excited since it was his first white Christmas, it only snowed about 2".
We are forecast to have a couple of inches of the white stuff tonight. I like the snow as long as it does not have a lot of ice with it like the Ice Storm of 2009 when we were out of power for a week and a half. What an adventure that was trying to survive, lol.

Re: Off topic snow!!!!!
Got between 6 and 8 inches now. Went to play with the go cart but the snow is too deep. Now we are getting mostly sleet. It is about to get nasty around here. As long as the power stays on, I can go out to the shop and work on the truck.

Re: Off topic snow!!!!!
I wish I would have took pictures when I was out plowing a week ago. There were some snow drifts taller than the plow on my truck.

Re: Off topic snow!!!!!
This was taken before it was done snowing. As of right now we have ~8" of the fluffy stuff and probably another inch of ice. This is the first time that I've had to shovel my way out of the house. Had about a two foot drift against the doors...
