how to change window seals - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

wondering how to install the window seals that attach to the lower inner and outside of the door glass opening....the inner goes over the door panel so how do you install while the door panel is on? does that mean the window should be set already also?

1st time trying this....need all the help.
