Bed help
I bought a box for my '74 and am going to repaint it. The seams around the wheel wells and bed sides have the sealer (looks like caulking) in them. Some places it is missing and I would like to find out what is used to fill the seams so I can fill them before painting. Thanks.

Its a 3M product, call a body shop, they can either sel it to you, or direct you to a local dealer.

3M or Sem and hundreds of others but you can't go wrong with 3M stuff. called paintable seam sealer or body sealer or body caulk comes in many forms . be careful asking for a 'tube' though as many of the tubes now are geared toward use with special pneumatic guns. I'm sure they still make it for the old caulk gun though.DAVE
