How Low Can I Go?
I know they can go as low as wanted. But does anyone know how I can go and still keep my wooden bed intact? its a LWB stepside if that matters for this question.

Re: How Low Can I Go?
c notch. coils springs or coilovers? 4 link or stock trailing arms? it all depends on your ability or your wallet. you can even raise the bedfloor. it just depends on how detailed you want to go. in my 65 long fleet im sitting with 15s tucked to the top of the rim by simply changing out the springs. im thinking later plans are to do a mild step notch and either raise the bedfloor or even no floor at all. anything you can imagine you can build. just do your research and make sure your ready to take it on. theres alot of really knowlegable people on this board and can help point you in the right direction

Re: How Low Can I Go?
Right thank you. Yes my goal is to drop it way low, or as low as possible without having to touch the bed at all. I have been looking and searching but I'm still confused as to how low that is.

Re: How Low Can I Go?
I have tried every possible static drop you can come up with. The best, in my opinion, is CPP 2 1/2 drop spindles with 3 in coils and drop shocks. In the rear, a CPP c-notch, 5 in drop coils, 2in blocks, and drop shocks. This is low, rides real nice, and you can still get in and out of driveways. Here is a picture of this drop. Sean
