I bought the window fur replacement kit and installed it this weekend on my 62. Looks good and makes the truck quieter. The drivers window is now stiff, but it will roll up and down. I think it will loosen enough over time. The passengers window can't be rolled up or down with one hand. It's just too tight during the whole cycle. Anyone have this same experience?

The only problem I had with mine was the strips are a little thicker than the old ones, and now the windows don't roll all the way up into the top seal. Not sure what to do there. Maybe just have new glass cut? Either that or try to carefully remove it from the frame, and shim it up somehow.

I hadn't thought of cutting the glass. If it was an 1/8" shorter on the front or rear edge, that would probably do it.

I'll take some pics at lunch. The seals around the window frame and wing window are fine. I just ran into problems with the felt strips along where your arm rests. Not super high quality, so we'll see how it goes.
