C20 Alignment Issues
I emailed Paul of GMC Paul's and asked him if he carries anything beyond a 2" drop spring for the C20. He said that upon request they will make a 3" drop spring but anything beyond 2" will result in serious alignment problems.
Can anyone confirm or deny this? Also would drop spindles have the same problem?

This would be my 1st choice: http://www.performanceonline.com/Leaf-Springs-c-782/ Multi Leaf: Stock, 3", 4", or 5" drop leaf spring. Mono leaf : 4" or 6" drop. Available for C10 or C20.

You will have to convert the front to disc brakes since there are no drum brake drop spindles manufactured. Also there are several members on here using a 3" drop spring with no alignment issues. But every truck is different. And every truck has had a different life. (bent or tweeked frame?) So no definite answer to your particular truck.

Re: C20 Alignment Issues
Thanks. My frame is straight and it came with front discs. The original Discs should still fit, yes?

I would be concerned with ride on any 3" spring, but especially ones designed for a C20. Those seems like they would be very short and stiff.
