67 K10 refresh
I call it a refresh because I only intend to do the bodywork, repaint and get a good start on the interior for now.I started on it yesterday 2/18/2011, I have removed the seats ,seatbelts ,floormats, door handles and panels. Also front bumper and some parts of the grill, I have taken picts and will upload them as soon as I get back to the shop.

Re: 67 K10 refresh
Sorry about the lack of picts, I am having trouble getting the picts I want off the camera for starters and it goes bad from there.... as soon as the wife gets back from San Diego all will be well I hope.?!

Re: 67 K10 refresh
the hardest part of that processinvolved getting the "A" pillar to move so I could slide the new pan in,then getting it to line back up after it was done.I cant wait until the kickpanel gets in so I can do that all over again... All in all it has been quite a learning experience
and a lot of fun!!! |

Re: 67 K10 refresh
Im still waiting on $ for repair panels, I removed the cowl sanded and primed it,and cleaned out from the inside of the firewall. There was not much to clean out. I straightned out a couple of small dings.but nothing much to report.
