Re: Pricing some body parts...

This is what I've paid, will be paying, or have been quoted for new repos (all the boxes I got in my last order were Triplus brand)

$125 for a new inner fender
$165 for a new outer fender
$100 for a new bed headboard (stepside)
$20 for a lower door patch panel
$120 for a new door skin
$425 for a new door shell

all of those prices are what I pay, no additional shipping charges or anything like that. The guy who I went through owns a small shop and just adds my stuff onto his orders, I'm paying what he pays for the parts. He even said the only real markup is on the big stuff, the smaller stuff has very little markup on it. Patch panels through him are the same as they would be from LMC or any other vendor for the most part. Maybe a few bucks cheaper.

Re: Pricing some body parts...

I've seen $300-600 for a hood and $200-500 per door.

Check on stovebolt forums, there's a guy out in colorado with a junkyard of only C10's from our era. That's what he quoted me before shipping prices. The $400 hood he sent me pictures of wasn't perfect either. No visible rust in the pictures (but I'm sure there is some) but it had some dents on it. The doors that didn't have the cowl dents had rust issues, and the ones that didn't have rust had the cowl dents...go figure.
