55 1st power steering?

I own a body shop and normally hang out in the 67-72 and paint & body sections. I have a long time freind of my dads that has had a stroke and can't use both arms well. This is keeping him from enjoying his 55 1st truck. It is a 3/4 ton with the stock 235 and he wants[needs] power steering to drive this truck. I looked thur this site and the vendors to no help. I am looking for a kit to help him. Anybody out there ? Please help me help this man drive an old truck that he loves but can't drive it any longer. Jim
